SAP trg at ERDC Noida

Hi,
Does anyone here know much abt the ABAP trg conducted by ERDC Noida near Delhi in India?
Specifically, i'd like to know as to how long it would take for me to be placed after completing their 6 weeks trg in ABAP. I'm an electronics engineer & I've got abt 3 yrs exp as a programmer in internet technologies. Also what is the initial pay package that i can expect?
Also pls tell me if u know of a better trg program in India for SAP/ABAP.
