I have been hired by a company to be "customer support" for SAP, does anybody have suggestions as to what SAP courses I should take? I have been taking courses for end users offered by the company, and am going to go to the SAP courses soon. This position requires a broad knowledge of SAP, I have to know at least a little bit of everything. Also any CBT or book recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Is there any curriculum directed toward customer support?
