partner not reached

Hi,
I have the same problem and here is what I found:

If I am connected via Modem/Cable it works fine but if I run
my client inside of a (firewall protected) LAN I have
"partner not reached"(although I can ping the host)...
I think a port needs to be open on firewall,
I just don't know which port! :-(
