: Is anyone using or familiar with third party asset management software that integrates with SAP? I am trying to determine if our asset module needs to re-configured or if I can purchase third party software to fulfill our needs.

: The goal of our company is to track additonal fields that pertain to the asset master record. A few examples of additional fields would be employee name, number, location, and serial number of asset. There are also many more fields we intend to add.

: The problem we are having is that we are not currently using asset sub-numbers, and we are trying to determine if we can avoid it. An asset i.e. 52500 will contain many peripherals: monitor, keyboard, cpu, etc. We need to track the serial number for each peripheral and are currently doing this via a stand-alone system that does not communicate with SAP. There is an abundance of redundant data doing it this way, and we are looking to change this.
: Any suggestions?

: Thanks in advance!

We have an 'off the shelf package' that will do just as you describe. It's called ATT (Asset Tracking Tool). Please visit www.tigint.com . Would like to hear from you
Thanks,
PAUL
