Reports creating tool

Hello,

I have faced a problem, in our company we need many reports, which are not very sophisticated by content, but have quite original format. So we have to use ABAP to make them, and there are a lot of them... Do anybody knows if there are some more friendly tools than ABAP for creating reports, which are powerful in preparing sophisticated formats...
