Linking customised HTML on-line help to SAP v4.6

Does anyone know how to link customised online help files (developed using Robohelp or RoboHTML) to specific transactions in SAP withouth using Knowledge Warehouse?

You used to be able to link .hlp files to transactios using the THEXC table but this does not work with the new HTML (.chm) help files.
