Business Connector certification toolkit for Unix

Hi,

we have installed Business Connector 4.0 on Solaris system (2.6).
We now would like to generate a CSR using certification toolkit but apparently certification toolkit is not delivered with BC.
We tried to find the cert toolkit for Unix but we didn't find it on SAP site (the only one available is the toolkit for Windows NT).

Do you know if toolkit is delivered with BS as standard in 4.0 version and if not where could we find it ?

The commands in BC doc are incorrect for Unix, do you know what are the right commands to install and launch cert toolkit ?
