You really need to grow up. In a perfect world your statement is true, but evil is here and will be until Christ returns.
These evil people are not interested in resolving our differences by using peaceful negotiations. The ONLY negotiation they understand is with weapons. And unfortunate as it may be, war is sometimes the only solution.
Since the formation of the United States we have always stood for peaceful negotiations. We spent decades trying to work peaceful solutions to those who terrorize us and the rest of the world. But when the security of our nation is threatened, as is was this week, we are forced take action against that threat.
War is not our first choice. The death of thousands of innocent people is war; it has been forced on us. The terrorist have shown us that they do not want to negotiate and that they will continue to murder by the thousands until our country is destroyed. The only solution we have against this threat is by use of our military forces.
