Paraphrasing a key part of U.S. President Bush's speech Tuesday evening... "... we will not distinguish between the actual terrorists who commited the acts and those who harbor them..."
The terrorist actions are considered a direct attack on the United States of America constituting "an act of war"... equivalent to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. You know the ending to that story.
Rest assured, definative actions will be taken against ALL those responsible... directly and indirectly.
