R/2 to R/3 Migration

HI,

I have been working in SAP since the last 4 years and am curently on a project which requires knowledge of migration tools from R/2 to R/3. Does anyone know of a site or have help files which can be shared. The migration also includes mapping of structures in the R/2 environment with those of R/3 environment.
