RESIZE_IMAGE doesn't work??? version 4.6c

Hi,

I have put the logo of our company in the right hand corner of the initial screen. I used SMW0 and it is fine. However, I do not want the image to deform when the navigation area is resized. For this I have put RESIZE_IMAGE in SSM_CUST on NO. To bad it doesn't work. The image keeps on resizing.
How can I avoid this?
In the documentation I found I had to use START_IMAGE as well. When I do so, I see no image anymore, regardless of the name format I am using. What is the use of this option in SSM_CUST??
