Hardcopy in gui 4.6D

I have one of these strange problems that usually are not dealt with!

I have gotten a new PC! I used to be able do do hardcopy (via "Customizing of local layout, ALT+F12) and then receiving a print of the screen. But after having changed to a new PC this option does not work anymore.

Does anybody know where this option is controlled/setup?
