Andrew, we are on version 4.6B, so I imagine there is not much difference between versions. At the customizing execute project screen, you must change your user settings. Follow the menu path: Settings/user-specific. The user specific settings panel appears. Disable the display structure with tree control and display list with grid control. Now when you go into the IMG the system/list/save/local file is available.
