Replace Paper based ECM by SAP ECM

Dear Collegues,
We are currently in the process of changing over our Paper based ECM system to the ECM from SAP. We have been using SAP since '97 and have 4.6b now.
The use of SAP ECM is necessary because the paper based system is not efficient enough anymore and we intend using Material Revisions.
I would like to get in touch with people (no consultants thanks) who have been through this proces just to share their experience.
