You arte missing some authorization. Go to you authorizationmanager (at least the person who edits profiles) and ask him to add the object S_GUI with activitie 61 (which is for exporting files)

: We are working on a 46C release. We have just upgraded from 31H and we want to export to Excel the contents of a table control in transaction MEK3 (price conditions). Before the upgrade we were able to do this through menu option System-->List-->Save, but now this is unabled.
: If we try to print or see on the screen this information, too much data about the condition appear, and we want to export the information as it appears on the screen.
: Anybody knows how to export (or print) the information in this way?
