Help! Who/When assigned a User Status to equip

I am familiar with where User Status values for an equipment master are stored and have built ABAP queries to supplement reporting and investigations. However, I need to be able to find which user set a status -and- when it was set.
Help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

(P.S. Obviously, some of our status values are being manually set due to how we are using these to supplement the SAP processing.)
