Urgent : DIP profile not coming

Hi Friends,

I’m not able to get the DIP profile in a service order when it’s automatically created from sales order. When I go to service order which is SM01 the DIP profile field comes in the display mode and you cannot change it. It’s only happening when service order is created from sales order otherwise it picks up the default DIP profile. Please can you tell me how to solve this problem and get the DIP profile in this service order when it’s created from sales order as without it I’m not able to do the billing for the service order.
