Thanks for your reply. I have now another problem. The system is asking me for a storage location when I entered the Service. It looks like this field is mandatory somewhere in the customizing of the service order. What do you think of that ?

: Change your item category in the maintenance order. the item category 'N' creates a purchase requisiition. 'L' creates a reservation, 'T' is just for a text element.
