Hi Sriram,
Possibly you are working in an earlier version of SAP. From 4.0+ versions, you can plan for a longer period. In fact in later versions,in the scheduling parameter sub-screen, you will find an additional field for specifying the unit for scheduling period. with that you can go upto 999 years. Live that long...!

: it appears you are not using ip30, deadline monitoring (as it appears from you post of order auto generation). it is not required to do a long term scheduling of plans as ip30 automatically does the scheduling and calling od due calls.

: try ip 30 and if required you can write to me for details or go through the sap help docs.
