You shall have to create a varient for the transaction ip30 and then define it as a background job. so the system will do deadline monitoring as per you schedule and release all due orders.

: when ever i schedule a maint plan for a period, the calls are required to be saved so that PM Orders are created. is it possible that PM orders are created automatically on the due date. it is very difficult to save each plan to generate PM Orders.
