Dear Peter,
I shall answer the second half of your question : How to get a single PMO for many "test" Equipments.

A PMO is basically a cost collection object & hence it has to have some reference pbject ( viz. equipment or a F.L.) in its header. With this the system knows where to settle the cost incurred. In the header, there is a provision of a single object.
Now in case of many equipments falling due for inspection on the same day, we can have the PM Plan (& subsequently PMOs) created for a F.L. or any one equipment & we can enter the rest of the equipments in the "object list".
With this the "cost" will be booked against the "object", u can have the no.s of other equipments only as a reference...
Hope this is Ok with you..
regards,
J

: Dear all,

: I have some question about the inspec lot of equipment calibration:
: When PM people release their PM order, an inspec lot is created automatically. I display this order and find the status is released, but I can not see the equipment number. Some equipment is displayed on the screen. When I am doing usage decision, I also can not see the equipment list. Is this lot correctly created? Is it normal that I can not see the equipment number?
: Another question is: is it possible to create one PM order for several equipment calibration?

: Thanks

: Peter Chan
