Inspec Lot for Equipment Calibration

Dear all,

I have some question about the inspec lot of equipment calibration:
When PM people release their PM order, an inspec lot is created automatically. I display this order and find the status is released, but I can not see the equipment number. Some equipment is displayed on the screen. When I am doing usage decision, I also can not see the equipment list. Is this lot correctly created? Is it normal that I can not see the equipment number?
Another question is: is it possible to create one PM order for several equipment calibration?
