We are running SAP R/3 rel 3.1I.
Transaction VDH1 for SD - Customer Hierarchy is causing a problem. If one user is using this transaction to lookup Hierachy information - a lock on table RSTABLE & Argument "KNVH" is set for this user. Everybody else who wants to access OTHER customer hierarchy info are not allowed to make any changes to customer hierarchies until the first user ends his/her transaction. It is only at this stage that the Lock on table - RSTABLE & corrresponding Argument is released & the next user allowed to access Hierarchies. Eventually only one user at a time can access all aspects of Customer Hierarchy.
This is affecting our work immensely because we have many simultaneous users who work on different customers & want to access the hierarchies but cannot because of this Lock problem.
Has anybody come across this problem. If so what have you done to fix the same. This is of immense importance to us & so would appreciate if anyone could help us with this.
