FYI, I have set the Blocking Logic for the Warehouse and it is now working fine!

: I am in the middle of unit testing a WM implementation on SAP 3.1H and have encountered a serious issue.
: I am testing the blocking procedure, having blocked 75% bins, so that i can test my stock placement\removal strategies. In doing this,I got a error message during TO creation saying'system error occured during blocking procedure'. There were free bins avaible and the system would not recognise this. Also, this has created thousands of lock entries (SM12) and once this happens, the system grinds to a halt (for customising and transactions)
: Has anyone come across this before. What is the best way to overcome this?
