What Joan says is the thing that needs to be done. After you have done that, can you look at your conditions screen in the PO.
I have the case where I've put in a freight condition but the freight value does not get computed into the Net value shown and hence the PO printout shows a total value that excludes the freight cost. This is also the case if freight is input at item level.
Any idea Matt, Joan.
