Subcontracting challan with CIN 3.0

Client requirement is to tranfer sales order stock to subcontractor.We have created a logical storage location for these movements as there is no 541-E special stock movement.
We have to make a Subcontracting challan referring this Issue document.Challan gets created, but it gets created with two line items - first line item with 311 E- and 311 E+. I am not able to close the challan. Any suggestions from CIN - Masters???
