Authorization check in abap query

I have limited trough the authorization process access to a contract document type with Authorization object M_RAHM_BSA
(transaction SU03)the Authorization works O.K. in the regular
process but does not work in the abap queries - resulting
in users that normally cannot access a doc type but trough an abap query- are able to view the doc .the users have permiion
only to execute a query.
I would appreciate any data concerning on activating the standard
authorization objects/restrictions on abap queries,
