CVD from CIN 40

hi friends,
in SAP 46C- CIN40 , for Cenvat availment CVD is treated as a condition type in Purchase pricing. but can we use the same in case the CENVAT is not applicable for a CVD. how to load CVD in such cases on inventory and post the same amount to Customs authorities.
