Is there any BAPI/RFC to get a Vendor Quotation?

Is there any BAPI/RFC available in the SAP system through which I can get the Vendor Quotation? I know that there is a transaction (BUS2011) available for this propose, but I must do this job via BAPI. How can I do it? Any help would be welcomed.
