Connecting EBP 2.0B with an plan application

Hi, I'm a french consultant and we need to create an interface between R/3 and a third application using EBP 2.0B because of the catalog link. The goal is to create purchase order in R/3. But third application user would just give us an item reference and a quantity, then click on a button and a purchase order woulb be create in R/3 without he sees an interface or using IE. The role of EBP 2.0B is to call the requisite catalogue and pick up the master data of the selectionned item.
Is there someone who have an idea to do this ?
