BW query on Mobile Phone

Hello,
I have been working on SAP BW for last couple of months.
Our client has a requirement of WAP enabling of BW Reports.
I could manage to get those reports on GELON.NET emulator.
but when I am trying to run the same report on my Handset (NOKIA 6210)
It tries to connect for 5-10 minutes and then throws an error "Connection timed out"

I am using the following URL

http://ITS/scripts/wgate//WEBRFC/!?_function=WEBQUERY&CMD=LDOC&WBID=AJ61LLZU0PN606ABSJMLX00E9&PAGEID=SALES_WAP

If I use the URL
http://ITS/scripts/wgate/bwwap/!?wdid=workbookid&viewid=viewname

It doesn't work on GELON.NET Emulator also

can anybody please guide me

details : ITS - 4.6D , BW - 2.0B,WAP gateway - WAP Service Provider.
ITS is installed on SAP r/3 IDES Server and It has two instances,Port 80 is for IDES and Port 100 is used for BW reporting.
