BC 4.0.1 on AIX platform, Access Oracle error

We are using the BC 4.0.1 for AIX and try to connect to Oracle database via jdbc Connector.

We dowload the jdbc thin 8.1.7.1 drivers for JDK 1.2.X and unzip in /sapbc/server/lib/classes directory.

Even we define the Rigth Classpath access, no database access is available.The message is

Could not connect: No suitable driver

Is anybody could help us for this definition.
