Looking for a few answers concerning the HTML Business Function Library.

What are the browser, and technical requirements, to use these functions?

I would expect that it is atleast a level 4 browser (IE 4.x, or Netscape Nav 4.x), and that JavaScript needs to be turned on because the whole thing looks to be written in JavaScript.
