I would highly recommend attending the ITS100 training course.
You generally cant just pick any old transaction and web enable it by creating templates. Generally the screens are a little too complex for that.
If you want to quickly web enable it them put the parameter ~webgui=1 in your service file. This will mean that the transaction can be run via the web, but without you creating templates. With this option your screens will be dynamically generated by the ITS. This is the 'quick and dirty' option to web enable a transaction. There are downsides to this, one is that your transaction will still look the same as it does in sapgui for windows.
