if you generate your templates with a recent version of SAP@webstudio or WAB you will get prompted for the style of your templates. If you choose something other than classic like sapgui for html or the other one I can't remember.. then you will get an include statement. It includes the HTML Business Function library from the 'system' service. You probably already have it! :)
