IS-U/CCS:Device Inspection Process

Hi!
I would like to understand device inspection process of IS-U/CCS (version 4.62).
Presently I am able to:
1. Create Lot (Tcode:EG80)
2. Compile lot (EG83)
3. Determine lot devices (Tcode EG84)
4. Draw Sample devices (EG85)

Pl. let me know what step need to be followed to do Result Recording now. The Inspection lot as created above does not get displayed through QM transaction QA02 for further processing.
