Does SNP heuristic consider material constraint?

Hi, APO experts:

In APO 3.0, SNP heuristic doesn't consider capacity constraint. It assumes that the capacity is infinite. But how about material constraint? Does SNP heuristic consider material constraint? For example, it seems to me that SNP heuristic always considers the raw materail of the whole supply chain infinite. If it does consider the material constraint, how can I set the constraint for the material?
