can anyone tell me Details / Sources of Information / Names of books / Links for IS-IS-CM (the Claims Module of the Insurance Solution)? In special I am interested in the usage of the Business Ruletool and the things you can do with it.

Unfortunately the help for this topic is not THAT good :o(
