Collective Purchase Orders

Hi.

I am an SD concultant, recently trained in IS-Retail. I am trying to set up a training system in my organisation and while configuring and testing, I have come across this problem.

When I run Replenishment for a store, a Store Order is created and I also create a few UB stock transfer orders manually. Then I want tp club these into a single collective PO. But the system is unable to select the orders and I get a message 'No entries selected'.

Can anyone help me out and tell me what could be wrong? Have I missed something in config?
