: They are really almost one and the same thing. I am not sure if they have just developed two names over time, or if originally there was going to be some sort of split between the Utility billing (IS-U) and the customer management (CCS - via the Front Office or CIC).

: : In IS-U/CCS terminology can IS-U and CCS be used interchangebly?If these 2 represent different set of functionalities then what functionalities are covered by CCS?
