Did any body used the projects in IMG? My issue is something like this. Our implementation is going to be a very large one with vertical and horizontal global roll-out. We already have one part of our business on 4.0b and another is going live on 4.6c. We are going to have a single instance world wide. Now we are planning for the global roll-out for all our divisions. The problem is we would like to check whether any setting in IMG is being already used by another project. The documentation says that we can use projects in IMG to check cross-project overlaps. When I created prototype projects to test it, it is only checking whether an activity is in scope of another project or not. It is not checking, whether an activity is actually configured in another project or not.
If any body had a similar issue and resolved it, please help me with this.
