FI/CO document migration to FI/CO/SD/MM/PP system

Any tips/replies are welcome.

What is the best way to migrate date from one system to another system?

My client implemented FI/CO modules for its first phase and plans to implement additional SD/MM/PP mouldes later this year.

While existing FI/CO is in productive operation, additional SD/MM/PP modules are developed in another server.

My question is:
When additional module development is complete (that is, FI/CO/SD/MMPP) what is the best way to transfer transcation data to new instance?

Ideally, all FI/CO documents with line items are retained in new instance.
