How can I set Option defaults during setup

In the 'Expert Options' tag in the Options dialog box you can select 'Show keys in all dropdown lists'. Is there a way of setting this as a default during installation of the GUI?
Could not find anything in the sapsetup.nid file - but I could be wrong. Any idea?
