We have just installed our sandbox. R/3 46C, Kernel 46D, SQL2K on W2K. The first process we ran in the SPAM Update and got the following message.
"The Support Package import was interrupted because an error occurred in step CHECK_REQUIREMENTS. The Support Package Manager cannot remove this error on its own. After you have corrected the problem, you can continue import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue in the initial Support Package Manager Screen. The following entries will help you analyze the problem:
Error in step: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS
Cause of error: TP_CANNOT_CONNECT_SYSTEM
Return code: 0212
Error message: could not access file as supposed (see SLOG for more details)
