Problem in material master upload using LSMW Transaction

hello,
I am uploading material master data using program RMDATIND , direct input using LSMW Transaction.
But the program runs only for 1 row in the input file . if the rows are multiple , the first row is uploaded but from the second row it fails giving a message :

" You have not fully maintained the tax classifications"

although i have given the tax classifications.

this thing happens irrespective of the data.

kindly sort this problem..
