Have you checked the G/L master record of the (reconciliation) account to make sure it is set up correctly ? Can you be more specific as to what is/is not happening ? What type of document are you posting ? Are you posting directly in FI or via SD/MM etc ? Are you testing in the system where you did the config or did you have to transport the tax codes to the system you're testing in ? etc ? Specify anything that might help us to understand your situation.
