withholding tax calculation in park documents

i am not able to park a vendor invoice with Withholding tax. I mean, i am able to enter the withholding tax codes, but accounting entry not getting generated ,in parking. I have tried to post the park document, still entries are not created. Is there any setup to do this ?.
