Reverse PA documents

We carried out mass reversal of over 40,000 FI docs.
The reversal carried out FI / PCA and CCA reversal but did not do any PA reversal from the original document.

Does any one know why ? Also now that I have the documents numbers from PA that should have been reversed is there a way in PA to reverse the document with out affecting FI / PCA and CCA ?
