When a cost centre assessment is executed, some lines of the assessment are not being updated in PCA. They are for line items where both sender and receiver cost centres share the same Profit Centre. So this is perhaps the logic, that PCA does not pick up a CCA assessment if both sender and receiver cost centres are assigned to the same profit centre?
In our case, we want PCA to be updated with these line items, because although they are assigned to the same Profit Centre, they are assigned to different Business Areas. Although Bus. Area isn't a selection on the PCA totals table, it is kept on the line items, and we want to see the cost centre assessment in PCA.
Has anyone come across a similar situation? Did you have a solution or OSS note to address this? Is there a way to have all CCA assessments update PCA even if they pertain to the same profit centre?
