For end-user trainings it´s a good idea having them on the same level of knowledge how to navigate the system, e.g menues, help, matchcodes and all. With that background they should be able to follow class room trainings on their specific roles.
For the emtry level training, M2S-prokoda has very good simulation CBTs. The user-to-be can navigate through a simulated SAP system, changing documents, work with lists and all. Visit www.tutorwin.de and go to the demos for the British versions.
